You Can Stop Smoking:
- First Session
- You will share your history of smoking
- I will talk about Hypnosis and the Program
- You go into Hypnosis with the intent on quieting smoking
- I will record the session and burn a CD for you to take home
- You listen to the CD everyday for as many times as you can until the next session
- Second Session
- We will talk about your progress
- You, again, go into Hypnosis and you find your core reasons and triggers to smoking and then make changes
- I will record this session and burn a CD for you to take home
- You listen to the CD everyday, as many times as you can, for at least a full month and then whenever you feel the need
